Staff Profiles

Amanda Webb is one of the owners of Ballara and the managing director. Having been involved since its inception she helped plan, build and start the business from scratch. Her many years’ experience in the industry means she knows all the ins and outs of wedding planning. Being involved with the day to day running of the business ensures Ballara is constantly updated, in tune with the latest trends and kept to the highest of standards.

Fiona Delcayre is the functions and operations manager at Ballara and has a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Events Management & Marketing. Her exceptional organisation skills and eye for all the finer details ensure that your special day exceeds all your expectations.

Jan Mate is a function manager at Ballara & has been working here since 2007. Her warm friendly nature makes everyone instantly at ease – she loves helping brides and grooms to ensure everything is planned and runs perfectly on one of the most important days of their lives.
