Banquet Package
- Pre-dinner drinks served with hot and cold canapés on arrival.
- A sumptuous three course meal comprising of an entree, 2 main course selections and a dessert.
- A choice of the two selections in the main is given to the bridal and parents tables. The remainder of your guests are served alternately.
The meal concludes with freshly brewed tea and coffee, chocolates, shortbread and port. Beverages included are Hardys Collection Semillon Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot also Hardys Collection Brut Reserve, Regular and Light Beer, Iced water, Soft Drinks, and Hardys Sparkling Brut during the meal and for toasting.
Guest tables are set with elegant white damask napery with silver or gold ornate candlesticks. Gold or silver 5 arm Candelabras and fresh flowers compliment the bridal table.
Our Function Manager is there to assist with the prior planning and to attend to every little detail for you on the day.
Prestige Package
Our Prestige Package includes everything in the banquet package and the following additional items:
- Use of our exquisite stained glass chapel or the gorgeous gardens for your service. Also includes pew bows, silk floral arrangements, an additional hour of time immediately prior to the reception commencement and function Co-ordinator to organise everything and play your music (for example, if having a 5pm ceremony, the reception follows from 6 til 11 pm).
